Cancellation

Right of cancellation: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Whisky-Raritäten, Dirk Andermann, Anno-Knütgen-Str. 1b, 56203 Höhr-Grenzhausen, Telephone: +49 2624-948426, Email: whiskyhandel@gmx.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. For orders or shipments abroad, only the value of the ordered goods will be refunded, not the shipping costs incurred (European Union). Important: Returning goods from a third country, i.e., a country outside the European Union, is generally not possible! By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer agrees to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
